As it goes with life in an RV, stuff goes wrong. I happened to notice during my drive from Michigan to Ohio that my awning was not properly connected to the side of the RV. Thanks to the very kind service manager at Camping World of Toledo, the problem got corrected and I was on my way after just a 2 hour wait. Needless to say, I wrote a nice Google review for them!
