Fred and I wen to visit our friends in the Low Country. We stayed with our friends Karen and Ron on Isle of Palms and we attended the Low Country Dog Agility Trial. I’ve been to a lot of LCDA trials dating back to 2002 and it’s always fun to be there.

Fred had a decent showing, as good as you can be with no aframe in sight. Judge Paco tried to do what he could to help Fred’s aframe, including running him in one of our advanced standard classes. Poor Fred couldn’t handle running for someone else when he just knew that his mom was along this fence line right here by the weave poles… but he did have a great aframe!

And Fred’s finally figured out snooker. He scored 57 points for a super q, winning the entire class. This is something big brother Mookie had done a number of times, but Fred’s first time. This makes me super happy because snooker is my favorite game and it’s been a long time coming for Fred to really figure it out!

Fred and I got to walk on the beach a couple of times, and there was much good conversation and fabulous food every evening. And Fred managed to successfully handle all of the dogs who lived in the house without incident.
