More Sites in Independence, MO

With extra time in Independence working, Fred and I used the evenings to explore more of the area. Of course everything was closed but we did visit the old Chicago & Alton Railroad Depot from 1879. Also, the first Mormon church in Missouri was built in Independence. Harry Truman gave a speech announcing that the US would join the UN inside the Church auditorium.
