Virginia Beach – part 1 – KOA

The Virginia Beach KOA was pretty nice. We spent a week there and had a great time.

Fred didn’t like that he couldn’t do all of the things, but he did take us on a tour of them all….

 

This campground had food trucks a few days a week, And on our last night there, a local band played.

As expected, Fred made friends when we went to listen to the band… especially the band members, who were NY Mets fans thanks to the AAA Tidewater Tides. This was the Mets farm team for many, many years and the best guys who came up through their farm system went through Tidewater.
